Alongside technical re-platforming, my team at Commbank and I were given the opportunity to redesign the NetBank authenticated experience.
At the time, 4.2 million users were actively using the platform to complete personal banking tasks including: checking account balances, making payments and managing their personal finances.
The visual landscape of the current experience was dated, lagged behind the bank’s current brand identity and lacked accessible design consideration.
Project roles and responsibilities
Review/conduct exploratory research tasks with project team to understand key customer journeys, tasks and problem spaces.
Experience and Concept testing alongside UX and Research: developing a hypothesis, test plans and result synthesis.
Application of high fidelity UI – Responsive web, accessibility, scaleable pattern usage and development handover
Review of customer feedback and quantitive data to iterate on design
